This person builds organizational alignment, designs sustainable solutions to business practices and enhances organizational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. The Process & Performance Consultant achieves their outcomes through business consultation, change management, process facilitation, project management, and best practice research.
The primary responsibility for this Process and Performance Consultant, PPC, position will be to measure, track and report air emissions and work with the areas within the organization to reduce those emissions and completing any work related to air quality regulation outside of greenhouse gases. The PPC will work with, or outreach to, other municipalities, organizations, and governmental bodies to better position the City of Regina to respond to air quality regulations. They will also be responsible for managing wastewater quality projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with various other branches and departments. The PPC reports to the Senior Engineer/Scientist of Environmental Services.
