We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Server. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses involved in court cases or legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to individuals and businesses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation and proof of service is completed for each delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of served and unserved documents.
  • Communicate effectively with management’s directions
  • Adhere to all legal regulations and procedures governing process serving.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cell Phone with data
  • Computer with internet
  • Printer
  • Previous experience as a Process Server or in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
