It is the responsibility of the Production Team Member to produce Front End Modules consistent with the proper Work Instructions and to ensure that safety, quality and delivery are met for our Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence production environment.



2.


Daily Production requirements to ensure in time, in sequence delivery to our Customer.



3.


Inspection of parts as they are being assembled, inspecting for part defects.



4.


Perform production tasks at each station in accordance with the approved Work Instruction.


5.


Communication with all team members and supervisors as it relates to Safety, Quality and Production.



6.


Participate in problem resolution to ensure prompt results.



7.


Follow rotation schedules as assigned by the Supervisor.



8.


Participating in creating a safety oriented work environment.



9.


Ensure conformance to all company and legislative policies and procedure and Rules of conduct.



10.


Use or wear PPE as required.



11.


Report defects in equipment which may endanger a worker to the Supervisor.



12.


Perform assigned work as per Work Instructions.



13.


Ensure Quality Alerts and deviations are adhered to when performing assembly.



14.


Ensure 5s & Respect HBPO’s Windsor facility.

Environmental Management

WCM – Duties as assigned



17.


Ensuring compliance to and participate in IATF 16949 and CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) compliance & ISO 14001 certification



18.


Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the Supervisor for quality related nonconforming matters requiring immediate repair



19.


Has the ability to stop production, upon notifying the plant manager for Safety Related matters requiring immediate attention



20.


Supporting the launch of ISO 450001 and ISP 50001



21.


Other duties as assigned.
