What youll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:
Harvest, clean and package fresh produce. Complete regular operating tasks in the farm, including seeding, transplanting and regular cleaning and maintenance. Deliver produce when required.
Assist with implementing strategies to improve produce sales and actively be involved in marketing efforts such as promoting food production and good eating habits by arranging in-store sampling.
As you become more familiar with the technology, you may be asked to aid in identifying or troubleshooting issues that may arise, including of a mechanical or horticultural nature.

Who you are:
Experienced with growing vegetables or other plants (even at home!).
Comfortable with technology, such as Google & Microsoft Office suites, and iPads/Windows computers.
Able to work independently without direct supervision.
Have a high level of enthusiasm and strong commitment to learning.
Maintain good physical condition, physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and work full shifts on feet.
Possess a valid Class 5 Driver licence and maintain a valid licence throughout employment
