THE TEAM
The mission of the Product Integrity Department is to deliver on Aritzia's exceptional product quality standards through proactive prevention of quality risks at the source.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Product Integrity team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring Aritzia's product is manufactured in accordance with our quality and sustainability standards.
As the Associate, Product Integrity, you will support with the administration of the Product Integrity lifecycle, ensuring processes are executed on time and enabling delivery on Aritzia's standards of world-class product quality through proactive prevention of quality risks at the source. THE ROLE
As the Associate, Product Integrity, you will:
  • Support with ensuring the integrity of Aritzia raw materials and finished goods is consistently evaluated and upheld by all parties.
  • Support with ensuring that fabrics, trims, washes, and applied graphics are executed to Aritzia's RM standards pre, during, and post-production.
  • Support with ensuring finished goods are executed to Aritzia's performance and regulatory standards pre, during, and post-production.
  • Support with securing and adhering to product claims.
  • Support with responding to quality opportunities in a manner that minimizes negative impact.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Associate, Product Integrity, has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $28-$35 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
