Job description

As a Product Commercialization Manager, you will utilize Product, Client and Sales knowledge to execute successful go-to-market strategies for product launches, support the creation and maintenance of client facing material, develop and maintain the tools to house all materials, lead internal communications, and organize training sessions. Key areas of focus will be Treasury Services, including Payments, Liquidity, and Card solutions. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other client facing teams (e.g. Service and Implementation).
Job Responsibilities

  • Rationalize and package sales-friendly solution roadmaps
  • Develop sales-focused training content (industry and persona-based)
  • Develop client facing content (industry and persona-based conversation starters and pitch books)
  • Collaborate with product managers on all new products, tech-partnerships and solution launches and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Align with marketing partners on digital-marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Participate in ready-to-launch activities including market research, internal communication, and training
  • Drive internal communications and organize internal training sessions
  • Help commercialize an ambitious investment agenda of products, capabilities, and partnerships for Canada

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market, product management, product marketing, communications, treasury management sales, or business to business sales
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Payments and Treasury Services landscape
  • Knowledge and experience selling emerging payment solutions or treasury solutions particularly within a bank or FinTech provider
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple, diverse engagements with strong attention to details, with strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Strong writing skills and proven experience communicating key value messages across matrixed organizations
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic levels (defining customer problems, marketing, and positioning of solutions) and also at tactical levels, such as training our internal teams
  • Be a collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to inspire, influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 20%-30%

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Solid understanding of ERP systems
  • Experience in notable product marketing campaigns, marketing collateral and successful pilot and rollout execution
