Product Delivery Specialist 2

Annual salary: $ 75,800.00 - 81,700.00
What you'll do
- Plans, organizes and provides project oversight and leadership, operational Product Delivery management, administration
program and product development planning with Marketing and other C&EM department staff; analysing and determining
program, product or service operational issues, challenges and strategies; preparing, developing, implementing, monitoring
and controlling delivery budgets, targets, costs, staff and resources; preparing and evaluating responses to Requests for
Proposal for external consultants/contractors; managing contract terms and conditions; monitoring and following up to
revise delivery methods and resources as required to achieve planned performance and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develops and revises quality assurance, financial control, timelines, delivery operational requirements, approval and
accuracy of data and information for corporate reporting and load forecasting to ensure they meet desired targets;
investigates and follows up to resolve delivery problems.
- Monitors, oversees and participates in program launches in discussion and cooperation with development stakeholders
product and service operational and delivery training and familiarization; developing and implementing procedures and
practise guidelines, limits and options; responding to and resolving sales staff, customer, trade ally or supplier concerns and
questions; preparing in-progress and summary reports related to achievement of sales targets.
- Provides work leadership over lower level C&EM staff and performs all of the same functions as the Product Delivery
assigned programs, products and services.
- Participates and provides high level input on various teams involved in the design, development or evaluation of emerging,
- Discusses and resolves complex delivery related budgetary, cost control and operational problems with financial,
- Provides oversight, project leadership and application management for large scale information systems in discussion with

What you bring
- Marketing, sales, product life cycle, program, product and service planning, development launch and operations, project
management and administration, project management, personal and various computer application knowledge is typically
acquired through the completion of a Bachelor degree program in Commerce plus BC Hydro in house courses in
purchasing, Common Desktop, email/internet browsers, training techniques and supervisory skills or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Product Delivery Specialist 1 or equivalent demonstrated experience in providing program,
services in a large industrial setting. Well developed oral, written, presentation, training, interpersonal communication and
analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to deal with, troubleshoot and resolve complex multi-partner process, approval,
contract and related program, product and service delivery problems.

- This is a Group 10 MoveUP Full-Time Regular opportunity.
- This position requires occasional travel within the province and some speaking in front of large groups of our Trade Allies
Please note that this role:
- This role will be responsible in supporting the Business Energy Savings Incentive program (BESI) and Self-serve Incentive
- Supporting Alliance Program Managers in training and onboarding needs
- Reporting program metrics as needed for Alliance monthly dashboards
- Contributing to updating program manual and Alliance training portal when new updates or programs are launched
- Previous working knowledge of XRM is an asset
