Adecco is actively recruiting a skilled and dedicated Product Support Sales Representative for a permanent, full-time position in Saskatoon, SK.   • Salary: $48,000 base salary + commissions (Average $120,000 - 180,000 / year)
  • Location:Sakatoon, SK
  • Shifts: Monday – Friday | 8.00 am - 4.30 pm | Flexible

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Company as a hands-on expert in parts and service offerings.
  • Provide customer support through OEM and third-party parts and service solutions.
  • Deliver detailed equipment repair proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluate used equipment to assist in determining customer requirements.
  • Contribute insights to the sales division regarding product workings, applications, limitations, and non-traditional usage.
  • Collaborate with other organizational functions (engineering, manufacturing, quality control) to identify user and design problems.
  • Regularly report and make recommendations for product improvements.
  • Develop and present parts and service quotations to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and manufacturers.
  • Sell parts to equipment owners, contractors, and fleet operators.
  • Address OE parts issues and provide service solutions.
  • Solve technical problems and generate customer solutions as a value-added supplier.
  • Coordinate service, warranty, billing, and equipment issues with the appropriate manager.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer needs and provide after-sales support.
Qualifications:
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Sales, with familiarity in the heavy equipment business and large construction equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in navigating CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in staying updated on cutting-edge technology and best practices related to the company’s products and services.
  • Proficient communication skills in dealing with customers and O.E.M.s.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work around clients' needs.
  • Approximately 50% travel within the province is required
  • valid driver’s license and clean history are required.
