Production Associate

Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile Manufacturing & Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for physical builds, overseeing deliveries, and assisting with various business tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our small business.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Production: Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of cold plunges and saunas. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate and schedule product deliveries to customers.
Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of materials.

Installation & Support: Conduct installations of cold plunges and saunas at customer locations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Business Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and customer service. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
