Production Flex Team Member

Position Summary:

AtlantiCann Medical Inc., License Producer of Cannabis, is recruiting for a Production Flex Team Member. The position involves the precise and efficient execution of various tasks related to the harvesting, defoliation, shucking, trimming, and packaging of cannabis. The primary focus is on carrying out these activities with accuracy while upholding a clean and contaminant-free workspace

Responsibilities:

• De-fanning, pruning and hanging of plants pre-harvest and/or at harvest
• Post-harvest breakdown and clean-up
• Waste removal
• Loading and unloading dryrooms
• Clean and sanitize work spaces and equipment
• Scouting for imperfections
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent. Post Secondary is considered an asset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Math Skills
• Good Prior Attendance & Work Performance

Requirements of Applicant:

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Can work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Have the physical ability to sit, squat, bend, lift, push, pull 50 pounds and kneel repetitively throughout a workday.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:

The Cultivation Technician is exposed to potential pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides at the facility. As well as fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water.
