Your Commitment

As our Production Lead Hand, you possess strong welding and fitting skills. You are knowledgeable in all positions of structural welds, as well as SMAW and FCAW. You will adhere to all safety policies and provide strong leadership within our team. You are by nature, a problem solver, and you have focus, drive, and pay attention to small details.

What Your Day, Week, Month, and Year Includes:

• Welding and fitting in the manufacturing of overhead cranes.
• Properly record and maintain work records, noting problems or unusual situations encountered during production.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep work area clean and functional.

Must Have:.

• Journeyman welder and proven work experience as a welder and fitter.
• Comfort level with working at heights.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Blueprint reading.
• Driver’s license.
• Driver's abstract
• Ability to work overtime for critical jobs and occassional out of town work.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary up to $40 per hour based on credentials, education, and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
