Position Overview:

As a Production & Packaging Team Member, you will play a vital role in the creation and packaging of our wide range of cannabis products. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn the intricacies of cannabis production. While experience and knowledge of cannabis are not mandatory, a commitment to quality and a strong work ethic are essential qualities we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Execute precise weighing, measuring, and packaging of cannabis products.
• Follow standardized production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain production machinery with attention to safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for hands-on tasks.
• Previous experience in production or packaging is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working with cannabis and adhering to all applicable regulations.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
