Production Paint Supervisor

Description

DryAir Manufacturing Corp. A world leader in portable Hydronic climate control systems is currently seeking a full time production line Paint Supervisor.    
Experience as a powder coater or working with powder paint in a manufacturing atmosphere is a definite asset but not a necessity.
This position is a straight day shift position.

Responsibilities
-Supervise and Set Up Work For Two Paint Shifts (Day
and Evening Shift)
-Understand Production Scheduling
-Ensure a Quality Powder Coated Product is being
Achieved
-Ensure Equipment Being Used is in Good Working Order
-Detect Defects in the Products Being Coated
-Work With Other Supervisors To Make sure The Schedule
Is being Met
-Ensure In House Customers Are Being Provided For
-Ensure Our Quality Standard Is being Met or Exceeded
-Ability To Train New Employees
