Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks in a fish processing environment, including but not limited to cutting, trimming, and packaging fish products.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and making minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and productivity.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fish cutting , is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
