Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Controls Lead will lead the deployment of the Project Controls framework in the Capital Excellence group of Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain North America (CASC NA). In this role you will train, coach and work close with the CASC NA Build Project Supervisors to help them in the execution of Estimating, Cost & Scheduling activities in their build-projects. You will partner with other functional groups (inside and outside Cargill) to ensure cost and schedule estimates are developed on time, are accurate and benchmarked with the Industry.
** Remote work opportunity within North America.** Key Accountabilities
Lead the deployment of the company's Project Controls framework across a region, coach and train the build project teams how to successfully set up for Project Controls and apply it thought the project.
Lead qualitative and quantitively estimate reviews and cost and schedules for the build projects required to use company controls framework.
Oversee historical databases using organization historical database lifecycle processes and the selected regional database provider.
Direct the analysis of project data and benchmarks working with stakeholders to improve cost and schedule performance on build projects.
Guide project teams on the effective use of metrics.
Identify gaps and solutions in frameworks, processes and training and implement improvements.
Partner collaboratively with cross functional regional leaders to leverage resources, knowledge and strategies that increase value throughout the portfolio of capital projects.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Ability to travel up to 30% within North America
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in United States or Canada Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cost estimating on capital projects
Experience with cost benchmarking on capital projects
Experience with project reporting and program reporting
Experience with change management
