Job description

In this role, the IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Integrator will work to support the development of project plans, schedules and budgets, and be the central point of contact for the integration and participation of technical resources in BRP initiatives/projects.

This includes supporting business stakeholders in eliciting their IT infrastructure requirements, supporting IT managers in their efforts and cost estimates, and advising the IT infrastructure Project Delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

This position can be based in Montreal or Valcourt, and has a hybrid character (2 to 3 days a week). It may also involve a few trips abroad.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Inform requesters of the appropriate processes available to achieve the desired results.
  • Support the Program Delivery Manager and project team in the evaluation of IT infrastructure initiatives and Project Delivery.
  • Support business sector stakeholders on IT infrastructure assessment and implementation processes, in identifying their IT infrastructure requirements, defining deliverables and the scope of work, and developing detailed project schedules to ensure value is delivered to the customer/requester and that business objectives are met.
  • Support IT infrastructure assessments of business opportunities by consolidating IT managers' efforts and cost estimates.
  • Communicate updates to the business case, prerequisites and project files.
  • Support project managers in developing their project plans and resource plans, and in delivering their projects in line with PMO deliverables.
  • Participate in IT CAARs, ensuring that they respect the approved budget.
  • Participate in planning the IT component of BRP office and club fit-out projects to ensure proactive delivery.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information technology, computer engineering or any other related discipline.
  • Several relevant and successful experiences in the IT industry and project management.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures (networking, telephony, storage services, servers, PCs, printers, etc.).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and move projects forward in matrix contexts.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset: The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented.
