SalaryWe're looking for an ISO9001 Project Manager in Operations Quality to assist in rolling out ISO9001. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the process for obtaining the ISO9001 certification.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Update our quality management system with incidents, changes and improvements.
- Work to roll out BRP's quality strategy.
- Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects for continuous improvement of the manufacturing quality management system.
- Carry out system audits based on ISO 9001 and legal requirements.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent with a keen interest in quality.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in the manufacturing/quality sector.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both spoken and written, as the person in this role will have to communicate with internal stakeholders in Mexico and the US on a daily basis.
- Rapidly learn various computer programs.
- Highly developed customer approach and sense of initiative.
- Problem solving.
- Organization, work planning and disciplined execution.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different BRP sites.
