The ideal candidate will be experienced yet willing to work within a developing environment as Project Management processes are still developing in our organization, and the scope of projects may be unique to our business and organizational needs. As such, the successful candidate will be comfortable working under limited direction and be the expert in this area.

As a Project Management Specialist, you will be the lead on various assigned projects within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include collaboration with management, including executives, and other subject matter experts to support the development of business cases and implementation of industry best practices and processes.

The starting salary range for this position is $75,986 to $85, 493.

Your SPARK:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field plus 3-5 years of progressive Project Management experience.
• A Project Management designation or certificate (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of developing strong internal and external relationships, both individually and in a team environment
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Knowledge of the credit union system or banking industry is considered an asset.
