PuroClean Restorations Red Deer is a full service fire and flood restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers, property management companies and private customers. We are currently seeking a full time Project Manager Assistant to start immediately. This role will provide primary remote support to our Red Deer project management team.
Job Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Assist Project Manager with ensuring work authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from client
· Track, organize and update project files
· Assist Project Manager with customer communication
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance carriers SLA requirement
· Assist Project Manager with compliance of insurance carrier SLA requirements
· Manage and maintain operating software data integrity
Required Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage varying workloads and changing demands and deadlines
· Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to maintain confidential information
· Excellent interpersonal skills working directly with internal and external clients
· Proficient with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle and Proven Job Management software
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS Office programs
· 2 years experience in the restoration industry would be an asset.
