We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
-Experience with heavy equipment and small tools
Qualifications:
-Valid G class licenses
- Related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Visio, Workday, and Requirements Management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
- Ability to supervise and motivate team members
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
- Experience in product management is a plus
