Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
