They are growing and continue to build a strong teams to focus on their clients in the community.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide quotes to the community
- Discuss policy renewals with policyholders to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Provide timely response to policyholder inquiries
- Assess insurance needs and provide product recommendations
- Provide required documentation to underwriters in a timely manner
- Travel locally to client sites regularly
- Post Secondary Education with a minimum of 2 years property and casualty insurance experience
- OTL is a Must
- Experience in sales and service, claims and/or underwriting
- Relationship focused to build policyholder retention
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to business operations
- Well organized with the ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service professional with attention to detail
- Works collaboratively and demonstrates respect in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task
- Considerate and warm demeanor with patience
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task – experienced with EPIC would be an asset
- Willing and able to travel for business locally
