Property Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced, responsible, and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are kept in excellent condition, providing a comfortable, safe, and high-quality environment for our residents and clients.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance issues, such as leaks, equipment malfunctions, or structural problems.

Perform basic repair tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing maintenance, and fixture replacements.

Assist in landscaping maintenance, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and plant management.

Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance work carried out by external contractors.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the property, including cleaning of common areas and indoor facilities.

Follow up and document work orders and maintenance activities.

Comply with safety regulations and procedures, ensuring property security and fire safety measures.

Possess good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Property Maintenance, including basic repair skills and knowledge of landscaping.

Familiarity with common repair tools and equipment, and ability to independently carry out basic repair work.

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, clients, and team members.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
