To maintain all Public Areas to ensure a high quality of service and comfort, and to ensure a high quality of cleanliness to maintain guest satisfaction and safety.
Areas of Accountability
Works closely with Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction, and consistency in guest service:
Respond to various guest requests including but not limited to distributing clean towels and toiletries, and making deliveries
Addresses guest concerns in a positive and helpful manner and takes prompt, corrective action where necessary
Maintain a professional manner with all hotel guests and employees
Maintains guest confidentiality
Performs daily cleaning of all public area in the hotel:
Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors in all Public Areas of the hotel including the main lobby and hallways
Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
Dust and wash windows, walls, and ceilings in all Public Areas
Pick up debris and empty trash containers in all Public Areas and building exterior
Inspect Public Areas for cleanliness
Assist in set up and break-down of banquet area(s) as needed.
Assist in set up and break-down of breakfast bar, including restocking and clean-up, as needed
Check inventory of cleaning related products and reports shortages to supervisor
Clean guestrooms when required
Restock all cleaning service items in house-persons closets.
Deliver clean suite linens and amenities to floors as requested
Ensures the proper storage, handling and controls of cleaning products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
