ABOUT THE POSITION
The Purchasing Manager oversees all aspects of the organization’s logistics operations. This includes ensuring that products are efficiently and cost-effectively transported to and from suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and tracking shipping costs. The Logistics and Purchasing Manager also develops and oversees procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- at least 3 years of experience managing and developing procedures for an organization’s logistics department;
- knowledge of the ERP program – Spendmap (use and upkeep);
- the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time, excellent communication skills, as well as establishing and maintaining a good relationship with our vendors.
- Reliable transportation as there is no public transit

This is a role that will balance your strategic vision with “street smarts” and it is important that you can connect purchasing decision-making and planning to the ebbs and flows of the market.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
