The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The ngCPQ Core QA Integration and Test Manager is responsible for ngCPQ Core test activities including integration into the CPQ ecosystem.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, and controlling test activities for ngCPQ and its ecosystem (including integration with ngCore ERP).
  • Developing and monitoring the test process and a test strategy that determine the test methods, tools, scope, and quality assurance standards
  • Manages the (virtual) test team and Test resources
  • works with other professionals and program management to ensure the quality and the success of the deliveries

Your skills and experience

Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Nokia business processes (especially the sales process) and related tool landscape
  • Experience in testing complex IT systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively within a complex governance and stakeholder environment that includes third party system integrators
  • Outstanding Team Player with excellent communication skills
  • Results and Deadline oriented
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to work under pressure with limited supervision

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Business, Engineering, IT
  • 10+ Years of experience in areas such as Sales, Sales Operations, Bid Management
  • Strong program management experience
  • Experience in an International / Global company
