We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our team at Key Lake. The QA/QC Coordinator will play a key role in monitoring the quality of work performed by construction personnel, ensuring compliance with specifications and overall quality requirements.
Years of Experience:
- Intermediate (4-9yrs)
- Senior (10+yrs)
The QA/QC Coordinator will:
- Be responsible for monitoring the quality of work performed by construction personnel.
- Oversee directly or indirectly the activities of various fabricators, vendors, and work teams to ensure the constructed asset meets expected specifications and overall quality requirements.
- Review and approve all inspection and test plans provided by contractors.
- Review each construction contractor’s quality management plan at the start of construction.
- Monitor the quality control program throughout construction, ensuring the inspection and test plan is followed for the work.
- Actively manage and coordinate construction deficiencies with the CMT and contractor personnel.
- Coordinate construction turnover at the end of the construction phase.
- Work with a highly independent style within a larger project team.
Skills/Previous Experience:
- Working knowledge and general experience with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.
- Good understanding of codes and standards applicable to industrial construction.
- Good understanding of quality systems, processes, and best practices.
- High familiarity and comfort with SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.
- Journeyperson in E/I or Mechanical trade.
- ISN Training Activities:
- To be assigned and completed prior to the start.
- All Workers - Pre Access.
Work Schedule:
- 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out, 11 hours per day
