Qbo Bookkeeper

Busy, growing accounting firm in Airdrie is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QBO Bookkeeper. We offer flexible hours and work from home options once the new bookkeeper is fully trained. Wage will be commensurate with experience.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Utilize QBO to manage financial data

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English

Skills:
- Account analysis and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
- Bank reconciliation expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
