This role involves spearheading the creation and execution of project test plans, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring the technical implementation meets business outcomes. Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of project test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Collaborate with Solution Designers to validate technical implementations.
Manage test activities and ensure quality deliverables.
Interface with business subject matter experts, system integrators, and vendors.
Execute manual or automated test cases and report results.
Identify and escalate potential quality issues promptly.
Conduct backend database testing in Microsoft SQL /Oracle/SAP HANA environment.
Accountable for test management tool setup, user management, and reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in technical testing.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in database testing and test management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
