Quality Assurance Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. In this role you will work closely with our manufacturing and design teams as well as our suppliers. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality products, we want to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```

• Ensure the quality management system is structured to achieve the requirements of ISO 9001:2015Ensure integration of the QMS requirements into the business processes

• Engage, direct and support company personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS

• Collaborate with the shop floor leads

• Confirm training and subsequent effectiveness

• Coordinate employee training and maintain records

• Responsible for documenting, tracking and reporting non-conformances

• Manage the distribution of quality documents

• Assess product manufacturing risks as business needs change

• Coordinate risk mitigation actions

• Create contingency plans as required

• Coordinate the validation of WPSs

• Create quality plans

• Evaluate suppliers

• Review calibration certificates for accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate any product recall activities

• Initiate and execute corrective and preventive actions

• Compile Data Analysis details

• Plan internal audits

• Coordinate audit corrective actions

• Review quality system processes for effectiveness and suitability

• Coordinate & conduct inspection and test activities

• Ensure QMS achieves the intended results

• Engage and support company personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS

• Support purchasing and ordering of materials

```Qualifications```

• Engineering degree related to manufacturing

• Minimum 2 years of oilfield industry experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance role

• Design/CAD program experience an asset

```Training Requirements```

• Entire QMS (Annually or as required)
