Job description

NETPAK, a leader in the folding carton manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a Quality Control Manager for its state of the art facility located in Anjou.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and implement Quality Control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Oversee the quality assurance and Quality Control activities for all projects
  • Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine appropriate Quality Control measures
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish quality objectives and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on Quality Control issues and best practices
  • Investigate customer complaints or non-conformance issues and develop effective corrective actions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Quality Control processes through data analysis and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
  • Experience with QA/QC tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role within the paper packaging industry is a must
  • Education in a related field
  • Proven track record in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to fabricate solutions when faced with unique challenges or constraints
  • Proficient in using quality management software systems or tools for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Bilingual both written and oral
