Job Position Description:
The individual in this position will be responsible for customer quality for Canadian customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with management of customer complaints, including customer containment.
- Provide source inspection services for Canada.
- Manage and use audit and complaint data to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate necessary documentation for the support of QMS in SKF digital systems.
- Act as subject matter expert in Intelex documentation to support NAM and LAM teams with enquiries related to QMS.
- Support Group Quality with digital training (self-paced learning material) to improve the end user experience with Intelex-Tieto and other digital initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Communication site in Spider for the Americas.
- Support specific improvement projects assigned by Quality Managers in NAM.
- Support packaging needs and customer’s requirements for Canada IM Sales.
- Act as SQA for IM Sales Suppliers in Canada. Support CoNQ for Canadian suppliers handled by IM Sales NAM.
Job Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or technical equivalent, or equivalent practical experience and specialized training. One to three years of experience in a manufacturing/metal removal environment.
