We are currently looking for a Quality of Life Advisor - Rental Agent for a full-time temporary position (sick leave replacement), 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze client needs
- Make appointments
- Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
- Prepare rental contracts
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
- Solicit potential clients by telephone, social networks and e-mail, to build and strengthen business relationships
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
- A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
- Good team player
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
