Real Estate Sales Representative

We are a new and expanding Real Estate Brokerage with a unique model searching for a highly motivated, independent and dedicated licensed Real Estate professional to join our brand-new office, serving the Haliburton area, who has a proven track record for sales success. Must hold a Valid Real Estate Sales Representative License & live in the Haliburton area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in Listing & Selling property including negotiating contracts for Sellers & Buyers
• Maintain client relationships and Guide through every step of the transaction
• Stay current with market trends and personal education
• Market research
• Work cohesively with the management, sales team, administrative & marketing staff

Requirements:

• Valid Real Estate License in good standing (or soon to be Licensed)
• Proven sales success in Real Estate or other sales position
• Have excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent customer services skills
• Easily adopts new tech tools and platforms
• Embraces technology to assist in sales success
• Independent worker with desire to grown professionally and successfully
• Know the area and value the importance of knowing the local community

Support & Resources:

• Administrative Team to help with paperwork, guide you through listing and sales process
• Supportive environment throughout Muskoka, Simcoe & Kawarthas
• In-House Marketing Team
• Technological training (internal applications, CRM, etc.)
• Lead generation

JOB DETAILS: Full-time, flexible schedule. Weekend & evening availability.
