Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Duties(we teach them to you)

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Advise clients on the best strategies for marketing their properties
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
• Coordinate property showings and open houses
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
• Stay up-to-date with Real Estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
• Manage property listings and maintain accurate records

Skills

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and client documentation
• Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• In-depth knowledge of the local Real Estate market and industry trends
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
