Role:

We require experienced, knowledgeable, motivated and Rebar placers. Preference will be given to those applicants with prior experience, however are open to individuals with transferable skills from other related industries or work. All that we ask is you bring the right attitude, hard work ethic and we'll train you and do the rest!

Ideal candidates for this job will have:

· Prior experience working with rebar or a construction related role.

· Must be in good, physical condition and capable of heavy lifting (50lbs+).

· Ability to read plans and follow instructions, mechanical aptitude required.

· Ability to work safely in a team environment while focused on product quality.

· Ability to work in physically demanding job with a willingness to learn.

· Ability to read metric and imperial specs

· Fall protection, CSTS, First aid

· Have own transportation or access to transit

· Proven ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.

Standard Job Duties:

· Placing, tying rebar on various residential, commercial, industrial jobs in the Lower Mainland (mostly Vancouver surrounding areas).

· Rigging bundles, working with overhead cranes

· Using cut-off saw to cut rebar

· Reading drawings and detail sheets

· Identifying different sizes, lengths, and bend shapes

Salary: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
