Receiving and shipping clerk

We are currently looking for a Receiving and shipping clerk to join our team.

The main responsibilities are:

• Prepare customer shipments (e.g. box, secure packaging, etc.) and reconcile the delivery note with the packaged stock;
• Receive purchases and reconcile the receipt slip (packing slip) with the purchase slip then distribute the purchase (inventory or customer order);
• Locate parts in the warehouse and in our computer system;
• Adjust inventory parts for sale according to part specifications;
• Proceed to move the inventory;
• Collaborate in the proper functioning of the system put in place;
• Carry out any other task entrusted to him at the request of his immediate superior.
