Reception & Administration Assistant - Full Time Temporary

We are looking for a Reception & Administration Assistant to work 40 hours a week for approximately 2 months in Guelph.

What's the job?
- Greeting/directing guests
- Answering and forwarding inbound calls
- Receiving and distributing mail/product shipments
- Ordering products, as required
- Filling supply orders for homes
- Responding to emails/inquiries from staff
- Assist with administrative tasks using Word and Excel
What do you bring to the job?
- Post-secondary education in Administration (preferred)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word and Excel)
- Able to lift approximately 40 lbs.
- Positive, motivated, and able to take initiative and to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Flexible and enthusiastic about learning new and various tasks
