· Receive product orders directly from customers and check for DC & DSD orders.
· Perform follow-up sales calls regarding re-ordering requests.
· Enter customer orders in the system.
· Generate proforma order invoices.
· Work with Supply Chain personnel regarding customer delivery issues.
· Ensure complete customer files and/or paperwork.
· Set-up new stores in the system.
· Generate sales order reports for management.
· Generate store visitation tracking sheets for management.
· Complete deal sheets and input ‘sale’ pricing and adjust pricing back to ‘regular’.
· Respond to general customer inquiries and complaints.
· Resolve customer issues/complaints with the support of management.
· Work with Sales and customers to resolve returns and credit disputes/issues.
· Coordinate with third-party sales/marketing companies as required.
· Respond to requests for order status.
· Investigate any issues with shipping orders, printing orders, inform customers and prioritize delivery.
· Booking shipments of LCL-DSD in system.
· Coordinate reprographics and distribute marketing materials.
· Assist with organizing marketing and product related events, shows and launches.
· Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers or route calls to appropriate person.
· Maintain sign-in/out logbook.
· Receive incoming mail and parcels and distribute/record accordingly.
· Make copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
· Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations as needed.
· File correspondence and other records.
· Perform data entry support for other departments as needed.
· Provide input to develop new processes as part of continuous improvement.
· Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Food Handling, Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Special projects or other duties as required.
