The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to all customers. They will act as a link between the customer and technicians, relaying service needs to the technician. The advisor will also advise customers on upcoming maintenance or required service and repairs. Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs and relaying estimates to customers.
- Greeting customers, evaluating their needs, documenting services to be performed
- Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
- Creating repair estimates using material cost and labour rates
- Delegating repairs to the appropriate technician
- Schedule appointments
- Create work orders and invoices
- Verify incoming parts match ordered product
- Sell estimated services and repairs based on customer concerns
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
