Receptionist / Shopping Concierge

We are hiring a PART-TIME talented, experienced RECEPTIONIST / SHOPPING CONCIERGE at Sweet Skin by Ivana, a charming and elegant Okotoks spa-boutique.

· Do you have a can-do attitude to perform a range of duties including help clients choose products, maintain a clean and organized spa, clean & prep the esthetics rooms for next clients?

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1- 2+ years of customer service, retail and admin experience.

· Willingness to work in Okotoks (ideally, you live in the direct or surrounding area or in south Calgary).

· Hours of work: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am – 4pm.

This position requires:

· The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with ease.

· Openness and ease to learning new systems and software.

· Positive warm energy (in-person interactions, phone and via email)

· Polished presentation

Compensation: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience)
