The Associate Medical Clinic has an opening for a fulltime receptionist/switchboard operator.
Our Clinic has 10 family physicians and 6 general surgeons. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, closed evenings and weekends.
Duties include but not limited to:
Answering the phone
Scheduling appointments
Greeting patients
Processing payments
Faxing
Sending outgoing mail
Requirement
Grade 12/GED equivalent
Confident using computer software, strong English skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
No experience necessary - training will be provided for the right candidate.
Criminal Record Check is a requirement upon hire.
