Situated in Headingley, Manitoba, Classic Trailer Sales is the top-notch, full-service RV dealer with the down home country attitude. Come join the Classic family and help us prepare our customers for the upcoming camping season. This is a seasonal position that is Part Time (20 hours per week) September - April and full time (40 hours per week) May - August.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty issues
- Maintain organized records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
- Provide backup administrative and customer support to the Parts and Service Advisors
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with general clerical duties as requested by the General Manager
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage warranty claims and documentation
- Proficient in data entry, typing and MIcrosoft suite of products
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills to address customer concerns and provide assistance
- Front desk or receptionist experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of Motility or similar operating software is a plus
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and software
- Strong clerical skills for data entry, filing, and maintaining records
