We are looking for an organized, professional and engaging individual to manage our customer's experience and interactions. The successful candidate will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to inquiries and issues.
Daily responsibilities will include answering inbounding phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments for drop off and pick up, initiating insurance claims on the customer’s behalf and invoicing paperwork. Organization and maintaining a clean waiting room, processing payments and follw up with customer's to resolve issues about their experience.
We are an auto glass repair facility. Mechanical experience is not a requirement but an asset. High school diploma is required and prior experience is an asset.
