Salary- Front End Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support and service at the front desk
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Monitor and manage salon inventory of beauty products, supplies, and equipment.
-Place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.
-Track inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and update records.
-Create content for social media, posters, and end caps.
-Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash outs and data entries for bookkeeper
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a service based business or similar industry setting is preferred
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Proficiency in using computerized and scheduling sytems, including Shopify and Micosoft office software
-Basic understanding of using creative design software (Ex. Canva)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
