SalaryAnarchy Mechanical is looking to hire a Full Time Receptionist/Parts Runner to join our team!
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Complete pickup and delivery of parts, materials, and tools in a time-efficient manner.
· Communicate with vendors regarding the pickup and delivery of parts as required.
· Receive materials and place them in appropriate locations as required.
· Greet customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Professionally answering phones, and routing calls as necessary.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Data entry.
· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
· Receive and issue payments.
· Prepares all outgoing shipments.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma
· Possess a valid driver's license with over three years of driving experience and a pristine driving record.
· 1-2 years experience as a receptionist preferred.
· Knowledge of parts and the heavy truck industry is an asset.
· Parts pickup and delivery experience an asset.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive, high-energy attitude.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Team player.
· Ability to lift heavier items.
· Business casual dress.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
