Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, page and take messages as required
- Take payments, scanning documents, uploading pictures, various filing
- Pull Ford specific documentation - daily, weekly, monthly
- Create vehicle files, update PBS system, key machine
- Audit key machine and inventory files regularly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, guest lounge and coffee area
-Bank runs - must have DL
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment preferred
- Excellent typing skills with proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch (12-1pm)
Salary commensurate with experience.
