Compensation Range: $62,000-$75,000 
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  
Job Purpose
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all recruiting and talent acquisition activities. The incumbent will work closely with the Recruiters and Talent Sourcers to ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.  The Recruiting Coordinator has overall accountability for scheduling interviews, formatting job postings, Provide support to the HR department to help drive business objectives in all areas of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist with recruitment activities which includes setting up interviews and processing offer letters.
-Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
-Exercise discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the HR department.
-All other duties as assigned by manager.
-Schedule and confirm candidate interviews for hiring managers as requested. Include recruiters in all communication confirming interviews.
-Arranges wrap up calls with interviewers and the recruiter.  
-Audit the company career page to ensure job postings are formatted correctly and fit within out branding standards.  Manages coordination and attendance at job fairs and manages job fair materials, ensuring job fair supplies are stocked and tracked as required.
-Arranges candidate travel, tracks costs and reimbursements to candidates.
-May assist with disposition candidates and closing the requisitions
-Initiates skill assessment screening 
-Keeping in continuous communication with recruiter, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the process.
-Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates as requested.
-Ensure data is up to date within our Applicant Tracking System.  
-Upload job fair data into system and send out follow up letters.  
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
-Position Management SME duties.
-All other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-High school diploma, GED or equivalent, a bachelor’s or associate Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent preferred.
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment or customer service role.
-Experience using an ATS system preferred.  
-PHR/SHRM-CP desired but not required.
-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Strong writing, time management, prioritization, interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the job function.
-Fluency in written and spoken English.
-Fluency in written and spoken Spanish or French is highly desirable but not required.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, various job boards and social media.
-Proficient English, grammar, spelling, punctuation and math skills.
