Recruitment Advisor

THE ROLE 

This would suit someone who is starting out their internal recruitment journey, or someone who is looking to move into internal from agency recruitment.

• Prepare and post job advertisements
• Source candidates via a variety of search techniques
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
• Arrange and book interviews
• Be apart of interview panels
• Talent pooling
• Support onboarding activity including identification verification, reference checks, arranging pre-employment medicals and police clearances
• Build positive relationships with hiring managers
• Liase with HR team members to arrange contracts of employment
• Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in wages and/or salaried recruitment whether in house or an agency
• Naturally, proactive, and a self-starter
• Can identify next steps in the process and action it without prompt
• A confident communicator with strong influential skills
• Experience in facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and ad writing
• PageUp experience would be advantageous
