THE ROLE
Commissionaires NL is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator on a 3–4-month Term Position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the Management of the Recruitment Email Folder
- Review Applications and Contact Candidates
- Schedule and Conduct Interviews
- Assist New Hires with Hiring Paperwork
- Liaise with Site Manager regarding Staffing Requirements
- Adding New Employees into CHRIS (Commissionaires Human Resource Information System)
- Attend Career Fairs Both in Person and Virtually
- Compliance Tracking and Providing Follow up to Management
- Submitting Government of Canada Reliability Clearances for Employees
- Ordering Uniforms
- Other Duties as Required
WHO WE’RE SEEKING
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience working in similar role within the Security Industry would be an asset
- Be professional, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to obtain clear police conduct
- Driver’s license
