Recruitment Coordinator Term Position

THE ROLE

Commissionaires NL is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator on a 3–4-month Term Position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the Management of the Recruitment Email Folder
• Review Applications and Contact Candidates
• Schedule and Conduct Interviews
• Assist New Hires with Hiring Paperwork
• Liaise with Site Manager regarding Staffing Requirements
• Adding New Employees into CHRIS (Commissionaires Human Resource Information System)
• Attend Career Fairs Both in Person and Virtually
• Compliance Tracking and Providing Follow up to Management
• Submitting Government of Canada Reliability Clearances for Employees
• Ordering Uniforms
• Other Duties as Required

WHO WE’RE SEEKING

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience working in similar role within the Security Industry would be an asset
• Be professional, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to obtain clear police conduct
• Driver’s license
